Served Market: United States Only (We only ship orders to domestic US addresses, including contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii; PO boxes & military APO/FPO addresses are supported)

1.1 Order Processing Time

All anime merchandise orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, US federal holidays and inventory restocking days) after payment confirmation. Our inventory covers officially licensed & fan-favorite anime peripheral products, including acrylic stands, CCG trading cards, enamel pins, stickers, card holders, keychains, plush dolls and customized anime accessories.
Pre-order items have separate processing time marked on each product detail page, which usually takes 7-15 business days for warehouse preparation before shipment.

1.2 US Domestic Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Free Shipping: Free for all orders over $49. Delivery: 5-8 business days
  • Standard Paid Shipping: Flat rate $4.99 for orders under $49. Delivery: 5-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Flat rate $9.99. Delivery: 2-3 business days
Delivery time excludes processing time, weather delays, carrier peak season delays or unforeseen logistics issues.

1.3 Shipping Notice & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with official USPS tracking number. You can track order status anytime via our website order page or USPS official portal.

1.4 Order Modification & Shipping Exceptions

  • Address modification is only available before order shipment; no address change allowed after dispatched.
  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages marked as delivered by USPS carrier.
  • Damaged outer package caused by carrier transit can apply for partial compensation with unboxing photos within 48 hours after delivery.
  • We do NOT offer international shipping currently.
