5.1 Eligibility & Account Rules

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account login information, password and order access rights. goods4fans shall not be liable for unauthorized orders caused by user password leakage or improper account sharing.
• We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any user account with abnormal order behavior, fraudulent payment, repeated malicious return or policy violation behaviors without prior notice.

5.2 Intellectual Property & IP Statement

• All website content including texts, logos, product images, graphic designs, webpage layout, copywriting and brand visuals are protected by U.S. Copyright Law, Trademark Law and international intellectual property treaties. Unauthorized copy, edit, resale, reproduction and commercial use are strictly prohibited.
• All anime IP peripheral products sold on goods4fans are fan-oriented collectibles. Part of merchandise is third-party compliant fan merchandise, not official licensed original products unless marked “Officially Licensed” on product page.
• Users shall not use our products, brand name or anime character patterns for illegal commercial production, counterfeiting, secondary modification and public infringement acts.

5.3 Order & Payment Terms

• All displayed product prices are denominated in US Dollars (USD), excluding sales tax, shipping fees and extra handling fees, which will be calculated separately at checkout.
• We support mainstream U.S. payment methods. By submitting an order, you confirm that you hold legal authorization to use the selected payment method.
• goods4fans reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to pricing error, inventory shortage, suspected fraudulent transaction, abnormal bulk order, payment failure and address risk verification.
• Price adjustment, promotion rule update and discount activity change can be implemented at any time without prior notice to users.

5.4 Product Use & User Liability

• Our products include acrylic stands, CCG trading cards, badges, stickers, card holders, keychains, plush dolls and other fandom accessories. Some small-parts items are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Users shall bear full responsibility for safe use and storage of purchased goods.
• User-caused damage, scratch, disassembly, modification, improper use or improper storage of purchased products are not covered by free return, refund or replacement service.
• Opened CCG card packs, unsealed collectible goods and clearance items follow final-sale rules specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

5.5 Prohibited Site Usage

• Use this website for any illegal, harassing, infringing or unlawful activities violating U.S. federal, state and local laws
• Attack, interfere, crack, scan or damage the website server, system and checkout function
• Submit fake shipping information, fake payment proof or fake damage photos to obtain improper refund or compensation
• Resell bulk purchased goods for malicious price speculation, cross-platform counterfeit sales
• Post offensive, copyright-infringing, violent or fandom-harassing comments on website comment section

5.6 Limitation of Liability

• goods4fans is not liable for delivery delay, package loss, package damage caused by extreme weather, USPS carrier error, third-party logistics fault or user wrong shipping address input.
• We shall not compensate for indirect loss, emotional loss, speculative loss or secondary economic loss generated from product use.
• Website temporary downtime, maintenance, system upgrade will not constitute store liability for order delay.
